The living room is provided with a large and comfortable lounge chair with sleeping function.
Yes, there‘s also a smart TV available, with an extensive range of Telenet digital TV services.
And yes, of course, there’s business WiFi throughout all of the apartment.

Bedroom 1

In the largest bedroom there is a comfortable double box spring.
The mattress dimensions are 180×200 cm and duvet cover is 240×220 cm.

Bedroom 2

In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed to accommodate up to 3 people.
The mattress dimensions are 90×200 cm and duvet covers are 150×200 cm.

As shown on photo, a baby cot is part of bedroom 2; that baby bed is specially equipped with a high-quality Aerosleep mattress.



The bathroom has a large towel radiator, a turbo hairdryer, and . . . a very spacious walk-in shower.
This walk-in booth is equipped with an oversized rain shower head providing an invigorating drenching, while separately adding an adjustable hand-held jet shower, ideal for washing your hair.


The two-sided corner terrace of the apartment is accessible from both bedrooms, as well as from the living room and from the kitchen.
Standing on the terrace the lucky vacationers enjoy a splendid open view of the dunes and the coastline.
Garden furniture and a hammock are provided to enjoy sunny days even more.


Frequently Asked Questions

Yes indeed. Because we as a landlord do not charge VAT on the rental price, we are by law not allowed to provide additional services such as fi linen provision. It is therefore mandatory that tenants themselves provide the usual linen for bed, kitchen and bathroom.

As stated in the house rules:
No dogs, cats or other animals may be brought into the apartment, neither long-term nor short-term; neither the tenant’s animals, nor the animals of any visitors.
— No exceptions. —

Yes indeed, the apartment is required to remain a non-smoking area. Hereby meaning that tenants / visitors are not allowed to smoke in the apartment, nor create any other sources of smoke by fi barbecue or grill. In the event of any violation of this house rule, the full deposit may be retained to clean the apartment and the furniture.

The rate stated for the final cleaning by contract assumes that the tenant himself/herself takes care of and is responsible for :

  • returning all objects to their proper place;
  • leaving behind hygienically crisp clean and very dry crockery, cutlery and other kitchen equipment that has been used;
  • leaving only hygienically cleaned household equipment after use, fi used ovens, handmixer, etc…;
  • emptying the refrigerator hygienically;
  • emptying all three garbage cans and disposing of all produced waste into the underground containers made available by Middelkerke City Services;
  • leaving all beds exactly as they were found on arrival.

In the event of any violations of these house rules, all additional cleaning costs resulting therefrom will be charged to the tenant through the deposit.

!!! Do please note:
Strict compliance with check-in and check-out hours is absolute prerequisite so as not to impede the cleaning crew nor other co-workers in their duties.

Impeding or blocking work schedules as a consequence of failure to comply with contractually stipulated check-in or check-out hours, unavoidably results in additional costs -in some cases quickly running high-.  All additional costs resulting from the tenant’s arriving too late or leaving too late from the apartment, will be borne by the tenant.

Please fully respect check-in and check-out hours as agreed upon by contract when booking.

In order to avoid double bookings, the apartment is best to be reserved by using the website zeevakantie.be .

After booking on the website, an advance payment of 40% of the rental price is to be made.
This advance must be paid by the tenant ánd received by the landlord no later than 14 days after the reservation. In any other case, the booking request expires and therefore also any rental agreement that could have resulted from the booking request.

The remaining balance of 60% of the rental price is to be paid by the tenant and received by the landlord at the latest 30 days before the fixed start date of the stay, together with the deposit and cleaning costs.

In the event that the rental agreement is concluded within 30 days before the start date of the rental period, the entire rental price plus additional costs is to be paid immediately.

All payments are to be made via bank transfer to our account.

Time frame 1 : 90 days
The stay reserved by the tenant can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before the start of the stay.

Time frame 2 : 30 days
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start date of the stay, the advance amount of 40% will apply as a cancellation fee for the landlord.

Time frame 3 : less than 30 days
In case of any other cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full rental price will apply as a cancellation fee for the landlord. In that case, only the deposit and cleaning costs already paid by the tenant can be refunded to the tenant.

Requests for cancellation must always be made in writing to the landlord, of course as soon as possible.

For water, gas and electricity, a basic consumption is included in the rental price , as follows:

  • water: 0.5m 3  / day
  • gas: 5m 3  / day
  • electricity: 10kWh / day

Any excess consumption surmounting the above indicated volumes for gas, electricity and water will in such case be deducted from the deposit paid. Both at the start and at the end of your stay, the meter display readings are noted by the landlord; at your specific request this is possible in your presence; at such time feel free to take a snapshot of the actual meter displays.

Use of Business WiFi is unlimited and fully free of charge.

For babies and toddlers, there is both a baby changing pad and a high chair, next to a baby potty. In the bathroom we have provided a folding shower stool for the little ones. In the second bedroom you will find the baby bed, suitable for babies and toddlers up to about the age of 3 (approx.); this one especially equipped with a high quality Aerosleep mattress. The air-permeable structure of the special baby mattress allows your baby to breathe freely in peace, for an undisturbed night’s sleep.
