Welcome to the Long Beach II residence, on the seawall of Middelkerke.


Your stay starts with ease of unloading. You can do this from your private parking space right at the (rear) entrance.
Two identical, large-capacity lifts are available to quickly transfer your belongings to the top.
The holiday accommodation has 2 spacious bedrooms, living room with open kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and a storage room/cloakroom. -See further description below-.


The corner apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the east wing.

You look as far as the eye can see.
Yes, with its corner location and no nearby buildings, you can enjoy a magnificent, expansive view of the sea, beach and extensive dunes: the ultimate panorama from your holiday armchair.


The residence is located near a quiet stretch of beach, close to the domain Raversijde. A tram stop nearby takes you to and from Ostend in no time.

The living room has a large lounge with sleeping function. There is a smart TV with an extensive range of digital TV services.
Of course, business WiFi is also provided throughout the apartment.

Bedroom 1

In the largest bedroom there is a comfortable double box spring.

The mattress dimensions are 180×200 cm and duvet cover is 240×220 cm.

Bedroom 2

In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed that can accommodate up to 3 people.

The mattress dimensions are 90×200 cm and duvet covers are 150×200 cm.


The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, a large towel radiator and a turbo hairdryer


The terrace of the apartment is accessible from both bedrooms, as well as from the living room and kitchen.
On the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful open view of the dunes and the coastline.
Garden furniture and a hammock are provided to enjoy sunny days.


Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Because we as a landlord do not charge VAT on the rental price, we are not allowed to provide additional services such as linen provision. You must therefore provide the usual linen for bed, kitchen and bathroom yourself.

As stated in the house rules: no dogs, cats or other animals may be brought into the apartment, neither for a long time nor for a short time.

Yes, the apartment is required to be non-smoking. Therefore, tenants and visitors are not allowed to smoke in the apartment. In case of violations of this house rule, the full deposit can be withheld to clean the apartment and furniture.

The rate stated for the final cleaning assumes that the tenant is responsible for:

  • returning all objects to their proper place;
  • leaving behind clean and dry crockery, cutlery and other kitchen equipment that has been used;
  • cleaning of used household equipment;
  • emptying the refrigerator;
  • emptying all garbage cans and disposing of waste;
  • leaving all beds as they were found on arrival.

In the event of violations of this house rule, additional cleaning costs will apply, which will be charged to the tenant through the deposit.

Please note:
In order to avoid hindrance from cleaning crews and other employees, check-in and check-out times must be strictly adhered to.

Any kind of inconvenience caused by late check-in or check-out inevitably results in rising costs, which will of course be borne by the tenant.

In order to avoid double bookings, the apartment can only be reserved by using the website zeevakantie.be. 

After booking on the website, an advance payment of 40% of the rental price must be made.

This advance must be paid by the tenant and received by the landlord no later than 14 days after the reservation. In any other case, the rental application expires and therefore any rental agreement that could have resulted from the rental application.

The remaining balance of 60% of the rental price must be paid by the tenant and received by the landlord at the latest 30 days before the fixed start date of the stay, together with the deposit and cleaning costs.

In the event that the rental agreement is concluded within 30 days before the start date of the rental period, the entire rental price plus additional costs must be paid immediately.

All payments must be made via bank transfer to our account.

The stay reserved by the tenant can be canceled free of charge up to 90 days before the start of the stay.

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start date of the stay, the advance amount of 40% will apply as a cancellation fee for the lessor.

In case of any other cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full rental price will apply as a cancellation fee for the lessor. In that case, only the deposit and cleaning costs already paid by the tenant can be refunded to the tenant.

Requests for cancellation must always be made in writing to the lessor, of course as soon as possible.

Of course. Basic consumption is included in the rental price , as follows:

  • water: 0.5m 3  / day
  • gas: 5m 3  / day
  • electricity: 10kWh / day

Any additional consumption of gas, electricity and water will in that case be deducted from the deposit paid. Both at the start and at the end of your stay, the meter readings are noted by the landlord, in your presence.

Of course. For the little ones, there is both a high chair and a baby bed with an Aerosleep mattress. The air-permeable structure of the special baby mattress allows your baby to breathe freely in peace.
